Full-time, part-time and per diem positions for the day, evening and night shifts are available as openings occur. Employment Opportunities Currently Available

Director of Nursing

Develop & implement nursing policies & procedures.  Communicates and interprets policies & procedures to all nursing staff.  Assures adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs. Demonstrates knowledge of and application of Clinical Quality Indicators, elements of QAPI process, root cause analysis, antibiotic stewardship, resident assessment protocols and care pathways.  Promotes teamwork, mutual respect & effective communication to staff.  Licensed as RN in NYS.  BS Degree in Nursing; Master’s Degree preferred.  3-5 years of progressive experience in Nursing Administration in a long-term care facility and geriatric care management

Staff Education Coordinator

Develop, plan, present & evaluate educational activities to support competence.  Prepare short & long-term planning & programs to address identified needs.  Develop & coordinate orientation of new nursing staff.  Coordinate scheduling of programs on Relias.  Deliver programs for nursing staff with focus on improvement of skills and retention of knowledge.

Licensed as RN in NYS, Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.  Recent acute care experience preferred.  Knowledge of MDS 3.0.  Experience in development of Quality Improvement Initiatives.

Lead Housekeeper

 Full Time, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays, 7am-3pm.  Prepares vacated rooms for new occupancy.  Changes bed linens, removes waste, replaces supplies.  Assists the Supervisor in day to day operations and is the “lead” person on Saturdays, Sundays and other days the Supervisor is not available.

Supervisor—Nutritional Services

 Part Time, Every Other Saturday and Sunday, 11:45am-7:45pm.  Directs the activities of the production and service staff. Monitors staff compliance with food handing and sanitation.  Assists with scheduling staff.


 Part Time—Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays; 7am-3pm.  Mop and vacuum, prepare rooms for new occupancy, clean bathrooms, remove waste.


 Full Time or Part Time 25 hr/wk.  Days/hours vary.  Operates dishwashing machine; cleans and sanitizes all equipment, pots and pans used in food production; disposes of garbage
