Dear Family and Friends,

As we begin the transition to cooler weather, Maria Regina will begin limited indoor visitations.

Please note, as per New York State Department of Health, ALL visitors must provide documentation of proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days prior to a scheduled visit.

All requests for indoor visitations will be processed online from our website. We will no longer be taking visitation requests via email; however, all ZOOM appointment requests will continue to be processed through the Maria Regina email account and all current appointments scheduled remain the same.

We are utilizing an online scheduling program, SignUp Genius, to facilitate these visits in a manageable and coordinated way.

Please keep in mind, that as per NY State Dept. of Health, the number of visitors is limited to 10% of our census and no more than 10 visitors at a time.

Please be mindful of the following guidelines for visitation:

  • We have set aside designated days & time slots for visits to ensure that we have staff available to transport your loved one to the visiting area. Days and times are: Monday & Tuesday: 10am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm; Wednesdays: 1pm and 3 pm; Thursday & Friday 10am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm; Saturday 11am, 1pm

  • Due to the high volume of visit requests, we ask that you have patience. Visits will be limited to once per week to allow all families the same opportunity to schedule time with their loved one.
  • All visitors will be screened upon arrival and will be asked to provide: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address.  Visitors will be asked about: Recent travel, any COVID systems, and will have their temperature taken.
